Very happy with business here. Prices are competitive, but you won't get the best customer service and trustworthiness anywhere, especially with an auto care center. I had to get a new transmission and Zak Miller was able to get my business. Everything in detail was explained to me and I was kept abreast of the progress. Riverside Auto Care in Covington will have all of my automotive business!!

I usually do ALL my own mechanic work because I don't trust shops. Due to back surgeries and declining health I am unable to do most of the work anymore. Riverside does it just as good if not better and it's done in a timely manner and the prices are great. I recommend them to everyone. The only reason they get 5 stars is because I can't give them 6. Keep up the good work guys!!

Richard,Zak,and all the rest I have met are really car people.They have the expertise to work on any from "econo sedans"to high performance(just drive past to see whats in the parking lot).They have worked on our 2 VW's exclusively and had fair pricing ,quality work,and honesty on what needs repair.If they continue this level of service they have customers for "the cars life".Also recommended to friends with same comments from them ! I have had my AC fixed by Riverside in the Fall of 2013, runs great still and blows cold as ever. The work was done within a day, I went to morning classes and got my car back around 3. Competitively priced, way cheaper than other places and in my opinion, the work is superior. I've had my oil changed in under 25 minutes the past 3 times I've been. Always professional and courteous. I like how I can ask a question on Facebook and they guys will respond within the hour. I am a lifetime customer since getting my AC replaced and will advise friends and family to do the same.
