If you are looking for a testimony to how good this place is, let this be it. My Mustangs engine took a big drink of water during some flooding and needed a new engine (my engine sounded like it had metal jega blocks bouncing around in it). I had the vehicle towed to Riverside and from the first second I spoke with them I knew I had made the right choice. The lady at the front desk (I regrettably never caught her name) was super friendly and supportive while I watched my baby be let down of the tow truck. Within a short time Richard knew what needed to be done, the adjuster approved, and Richard got busy ordering my motor. Once the motor arrived at the shop (there was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't Riverside fault) , they had it mounted and all the wrinkles ironed out in two weeks. After some test drives they cleared me to come pick it up. Now even after all the work was done I still had a problem with my insurance not paying the full amount. I told Richard and the first thing he said was "We can work something out" he knew I needed my car and wasn't going to make me wait any longer than I had to. This was the only good experience I have ever had with a mechanic in my life. If something else breaks, I know where I'm going.
