This place did a massive brake job on my car. I did a bunch of research and determined that the price they gave me was very good and my car is now working perfectly. The guy that works behind the desk and helped me, Craig, was absolutely amazing. He is 100% driving business to this shop and keeping people coming back. He should get a raise based on how much value he is adding to the company. I will be back because of how good my experience was dealing with him. Craig’s boss, whoever you are, give this man a raise. He deserves it. I have never had an experience at an auto shop half as good as the one I had at your shop, and it is all down to the integrity and good communication of Craig. Your mechanics also did a wonderful job on my car as far as I can tell.

This was my first time visiting this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Richard was super nice and friendly, and the price was surprisingly cheaper than I thought it would be. I came in for a four-wheel alignment, and my car is driving like new! Great customer service, great prices, and great work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service without breaking the bank.

I brought my vehicle in to repair the A/C. It was blowing hot air and there was a burnt smell coming from the engine bay. The folks at Riverside quickly diagnosed the problem as a compressor that, because of age, had self-destructed. They replaced the compressor, condenser/dryer, one of the hoses, and flushed out the entire system. The A/C works great now! The price was fair, the customer service excellent, and the time it took to repair the A/C was about right for the job. I highly recommend Riverside Auto Repair.
