They are amazing!!! The biggest thing that I can say is that they take great care to be honest and not charge you for unnecessary repairs. I brought my suv in once for a tire issue and they got it immediately in there to check the problem. But wouldn't you know it, they got it on the lift and couldn't start it. Turns out the battery connectors had rusted out and needed to be replaced. They replaced them for free!!! My tires were fine (just a faulty sensor) so i drove out not spending a dime. Another time, I brought my car in thinking their was a major issue, and they found the issue but recommended holding off on the repair that would be $1000. It was a "you can fix it but it's not really necessary at the moment" issue. This kind of honesty puts the power back in the hands of the customer. I'll get it fixed when i can afford it but i sure will continue to give them my business and tell everyone else how great they are. So this is a win-win scenario for a high quality, customer-oriented business. I wish more businesses were run this way.
